ClickSpur PTY LTD (ACN 702 644 906) connects to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube only when you choose to connect your business accounts. You can remove that access and ask us to delete your data at any time.
1. Remove ClickSpur from Facebook
- Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Find ClickSpur and select Remove.
- Confirm. ClickSpur can no longer read or publish to your Page or Instagram account.
2. Remove ClickSpur from Google / YouTube
Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select ClickSpur and choose Remove access.
3. Disconnect inside ClickSpur
In your ClickSpur dashboard, open Social accounts and disconnect Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. The saved access tokens for that account are deleted straight away. You can also delete products, locations and images from your dashboard.
4. Request full deletion
Email support@clickspur.com.au from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your account, business profile, products, images, connected social account details and statistics within 30 days, and confirm by email once done.
We may keep limited records we are legally required to hold, such as payment and tax invoices, for the period required by Australian law.
